Paul's courageous and unwaivering commitment to his own emotional healing and growth, tackling his own addiction issues, depression, relationship breakdowns and workplace stress qualifies him to guide others through their healing journey. This exploration has led him to achieve order out of chaos and to live life being authentic, vulnerable and open. Paul's passion is helping others to find the courage to tell their stories from their hearts, to believe in themselves and to feel alive.
As a workshop facilitator, teacher, counsellor, qualified True Colours facilitator, motivational speaker, seeker, published writer and poet, Paul has been offering professional services in the Lower Mainland for the past 20 years. He has delivered Child Abuse Prevention programs and been involved with launching and teaching the first "Parenting After Separation" classes in association with the Law Courts of BC. He has also worked with students in the Abbotsford School District as a Youth Worker/Drug and Alcohol Counsellor. Paul spent seven years working at Triangle Resources with high risk and multi-barriered clients, empowering, motivating and inspiring them to change their lives.
